摘要
师范生顶岗支教是解决贫困农村或偏远山区及经济欠发达地区师资匮乏的有效途径,是阻断贫困代际传递的重要举措。顶岗支教对贫困农村基础教育的积极影响不容小觑,当前师范生顶岗支教工作面临着定位不准确、规划不充分、动机功利化等现实问题,只有从内涵拓展、岗前培训、监督管理、评价机制、经费保障等几方面着手才能解决地方高校师范生顶岗支教的现实困境。
Support teaching of normal students is an effective way to solve the shortage of teachers in poor rural areas or remote mountainous areas and other economically underdeveloped areas,and it is an important measure to block the inter-generational transmission of poverty.The positive impact of support teaching on elementary education in poor rural areas cannot be underestimated.Currently,support teaching of normal university students is faced with such practical problems as inaccurate positioning,inadequate planning and utilitarian motivation.Only by means of connotation expansion,pre-post training,supervision and management,evaluation mechanism,and fund guarantee can the practical dilemma of support teaching of local normal university students be solved.
