艺术特色高职学前教育人才培养的价值取向与实施策略

摘要 艺术教育是重要的美育形式,艺术特色学前教育立足于感悟艺术之美、培养艺术创造力、净化美好心灵等三大育人价值取向。艺术特色高职学前教育人才培养从确立艺术特色的培养目标定位、构建教育与艺术双轨课程体系、注重幼儿艺术教育实践、关注生源的艺术素养基础、精准艺术教育能力的评价标准等多角度入手,提升幼儿艺术教育师资的培养质量。 Art education is an important form of aesthetic education.The preschool education with artistic characteristics is based on the three values of talents cultivation:understanding the beauty of art,cultivating artistic creativity,and purifying the beautiful soul.The cultivation of preschool education talents with artistic characteristics in higher vocational colleges should start from the following aspects:establish the training goal of artistic characteristics,construct the dual-track curriculum system of education and art,pay attention to the practice of infant art education,pay attention to the artistic literacy foundation of students,and evaluate the standard of precise artistic education ability.It is believed to improve the training quality of infant art education teachers.
