立德树人视域下的职业教育教学发展性评价体系 被引量:1

摘要 当前我国教育事业发展进程中,立德树人是新时代教育的根本任务,教学评价改革是新时代教育改革的重要突破口。通过分析当前职业教学评价体系的现状和存在问题,从合理增加评价主体、实施发展性评价体系、两线并行教学评价和教学运行等方面探讨立德树人视域下职业教学评价体系的改革,明确融入德育指标的发展性评价体系可不断提高教师的教学质量,提高教育教学活动可控性,从而全面提高学校教育教学水平和人才培养质量。 In the current process of China’s education development,moral education is the fundamental task of education in the new era,and teaching evaluation reform is an important breakthrough of education reform in the new era.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the vocational teaching evaluation system,this paper discusses the reform of the vocational teaching evaluation system under the perspective of moral education and human cultivation from the aspects of reasonably increasing the evaluation subject,implementing the developmental evaluation system,and teaching operation,and clarifies that the developmental evaluation system integrated with moral education indicators can continuously improve the teaching quality of teachers and improve the controllability of education and teaching activities,so as to comprehensively improve the level of school education and teaching and the quality of personnel training.
