Petroleum coke is an important raw material for the production of prebaked anode,industrial silicon,negative materials and other products.Different industries show different demand trends and key quality indicators.This paper analyzes the apparent consumption and main use distribution of domestic petroleum coke,forecasts the growth prospects in different industries,compares the characteristic indicators in different industries,deeply analyzes the quality contradiction between the application and production of carbon for aluminum,and puts forward suggestions for improvement of petroleum coke production to improve the application adaptability in downstream industries.
