摘要
针对某大型炼化一体化企业乙烯装置原料结构、产品结构和能耗指标情况,利用统计数据分析和PIMS软件测算等方法,分析了乙烯装置在不同性质石脑油和不同裂解温度下的经济性,提出了降低乙烯装置能耗的措施,为提升乙烯装置和化工板块的经济效益提供了指导和依据。
Based on the raw material structure,product structure and energy consumption of the ethylene plant in a large refining-chemical integrated enterprise,the economics of the ethylene plant under different properties of naphtha and different cracking temperatures was analyzed by using statistical data analysis and PIMS software calculation,and effective measures to reduce the energy consumption of the ethylene plant were proposed,which provided guidance and basis for improving the economics for the ethylene plant and for the chemical sector at large.
