Accurately constructing an internal institutional information transmission mechanism at the group level is one of the key factors for large petrochemical enterprises to become an externally interconnected and interactive life body along with efficient and sensitive internal reactions.This paper combines the characteristics of the petrochemical enterprise system,and through quantitative analysis,discovers the key factors that affect the system information transmission of large petrochemical enterprises,and proposes innovative and optimized system information transmission measures for large petrochemical enterprises.
