摘要
航天器进行在轨维护,特别是负载电源控制系统故障时,要求对大功率负载进行带载热插拔。本文提出触点并联分时通断技术,通过耐高压接触件与良导电接触件的并联混装设计、异形抗烧蚀接触件设计,确保连接器耐高压接触件先通后断,承受分断电弧烧蚀,使带载热插拔时连接器良导电接触件受到保护。研制出可多次可靠热插拔的大功率连接器。
When the spacecraft is in orbit maintenance, especially the power control system does not work properly, it is required to perform hot plug for high-power loads. In this paper, the contact parallel time-sharing on/off technology is proposed. Through the parallel mixed design of high-voltage resistant contact and good conductive contact, and the design of special-shaped anti ablation contact, the high-voltage resistance contact which withstand the breaking arc ablation is connected first and disconnected last. The good conductive contact is protected during hot plug on load. A high-power connector with multiple and reliable hot plugging is developed.
