全产业链模式下国内农产品供应链韧性提升的路径研究——以郑明物流与建发股份的冷链合作为案例分析

Study on the Path of Improving the Toughness of Domestic Agricultural Product Supply Chain under the Mode of Agricultural Industrial Chain: Take the Cold Chain Cooperation between Zhengming Logistics and CDB as A Case Study

加强农产品供应链的韧性,有助于实现全国保障物流畅通,对国内的产业链大循环起到托底作用。文章基于全产业链理论,对国内农产品供应链中的堵点、断点进行系统性梳理,并对强链、补链的路径进行了分析,基于分析结论,结合郑明物流与建发股份的冷链合作案例,对提升国内农产品供应链韧性的具体举措进行研究。结果表明,加强冷链农产品供应链的数字化建设,提升对农产品供应链上各节点的普惠金融支持力度,加大农产品期货衍生品的开发力度,有助于农产品供应链的强链与补链。在此基础上,提出了当前市场要素配置下提升农产品供应链韧性的对策建议。

Strengthening the toughness of the agricultural supply chain is beneficial to realize the smooth logistics of the whole country. And it plays a bottom-supporting role in the great circulation of the domestic industrial chain. Founded on the theory of the whole industrial chain, this paper systematically sorted out the blocking points and breakpoints in the supply chain of domestic agricultural products, and analyzed the path of strengthening and supplementing the chain. Based on the analysis conclusions and combined with the cold chain cooperation case between Zheng Ming Logistics and C&D, specific measures to improve the toughness of domestic agricultural product supply chain were studied. The results showed that strengthening the digital construction of cold chain agricultural product supply chain, improving the inclusive financial support for each node of the agricultural product supply chain, and strengthening the development of agricultural product futures derivatives are conducive to the strengthening and supplement of agricultural product supply chain. On this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the toughness of the agricultural supply chain under the current market element allocation were put forward.
