乡村振兴战略下贵州农旅融合产业高质量发展探析——基于黔南H村的个案

On the High-quality Development of Integrated Agriculture-tourism Industry under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Guizhou:A Case Study of H Village in South Guizhou

乡村产业发展是当前乡村振兴战略实施的重要内容。面对贵州乡村旅游产业发展目标单一、内生动力不足、发展基础薄弱等问题,集一二三产业为一体的农旅融合发展是最优的产业选择。以贵州省农旅融合村寨——H村为例,运用田野调查资料,对其农旅产业发展进行SWOT分析,提出科学合理的农旅融合产业高质量发展对策:制订可持续发展的产业规划、多方共同推进农旅产业融合、优化硬件基础设施和提高软实力等。

Rural industry development is a major component of the on-going rural revitalization strategy.Given the status quo of undiversified rural tourism industry development objective,insufficient endogenous energy and weal development foundation,it is argued that the integrated agriculture-tourism development combining the first,second and third industries is the optimal choice.Taking H Village in South Guizhou as an example for integrated agriculture-tourism development,by means of fieldwork this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the proposed industry,and proposes such high-quality development measures as scientifically-formulated rural revitalization planning,multi-party-driven agriculture-tourism integration,optimized hardware infrastructure,and improved soft power.
