The Internal Logic and Realization Path of Digital Economy Supporting the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutral Strategy

数字经济的快速发展为我国的“双碳”战略提供了新的机遇。文章在探讨数字经济的内涵及其特征的基础上,提出了数字经济助力“双碳”战略的3个内在逻辑:产业逻辑、技术逻辑和管理逻辑,并从顶层设计、技术攻关、搭建全国性的大数据平台、自身的碳减排问题等4个方面提出了数字经济助力“双碳”战略的实现路径。

The rapid development of digital economy has provided new opportunities for China’s carbon peaking and carbon neutral strategy.On the basis of discussing the connotation and characteristics of digital economy,the article puts forward three internal logics of digital economy supporting the carbon peaking and carbon neutral strategy:industrial logic,technological logic and management logic,and puts forward the realization paths of the carbon peaking and carbon neutral strategy assisted by digital economy from four aspects:top-level design,technological breakthrough,building a national big data platform,and carbon emission reduction.
