摘要
在低介电玻璃纤维生产中,由于窑炉耐火材料中二氧化锆(ZrO_(2))会析出到玻璃液中,造成玻璃成分偏离,进而影响低介电玻璃性能。本文研究ZrO_(2)对低介电玻璃介电性能、热膨胀、黏度、玻璃液电阻率等关键性能的影响,结果表明:在典型低介电玻璃配方中,1 wt%的ZrO_(2),10 GHz下的介电常数(Dk)从4.65上升到4.70,介电损耗(Df)从3.20‰下降到3.02‰,热膨胀系数α25℃~300℃从3.5×10^(-6)/℃下降到3.3×10^(-6)/℃,lgη=3黏度温度从1310℃下降到1302℃,玻璃液电阻率ρ1500℃从95.4Ω·cm下降到89.8Ω·cm。由此可见:一定量ZrO_(2)引入到低介电玻璃中,玻璃的介电损耗、热膨胀系数、黏温关系、熔体电阻率等参数均得到改善,但是对介电常数略有不利影响。
In the production of low dielectric glass fiber,ZrO_(2)in the furnace refractory will be prec ipitated into the glass liquid,resulting in the deviation of the glass composition,thereby affecting the performance of the low dielectric glass.Accordingly,the effect of ZrO_(2)on the key properties of low dielectric glass such as dielectric properties,thermal expansion,viscosity,and glass resistivity was studied.The results show that:in a typical low dielectric glass formulation,introducing 1.0% mass fraction of ZrO_(2),the dielectric constant(Dk)at 10 GHz increases from 4.65 to 4.70,the dielectric loss(Df)decreases from 3.20‰ to 3.02‰, and the thermal expansion coefficient α25℃~300℃decreases from 3.5×10^(-6)/℃ to 3.3×10^(-6)/℃,lgη=3 viscosity temperature decreases from 1310℃ to 1302℃,glass melt resistivity ρ1500℃decreases from 95.4Ω·cm to 89.8Ω·cm.It can be seen that when a certain amount of ZrO_(2)is introduced into the low dielectric glass,the dielectric loss,thermal expansion,viscosity temperature relationship and melt resistivity are improved,but it has a slight adverse effect on the dielectric constant.
