摘要
药桑是我国新疆地区特有的水果之一,含有丰富的多酚、多糖、矿物质等成分,有一定的抗氧化、降血糖、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤及抗炎镇痛等功效。但由于新疆地理位置偏远、药桑货架期短、相关产品更新慢等原因,新疆药桑的市场形势越来越严峻,因此合理开发、利用药桑资源,是促进药桑产业健康发展的关键。本文主要综述了新疆药桑的有效成分及其功能的研究进展,总结了药桑功能性食品开发的现状,并对新疆药桑的未来发展做出了展望,为进一步研究和开发提供理论参考。
Medicinal mulberry is one of the unique fruits in Xinjiang, which is rich in polyphenols, polysaccharides,anthocyanins, flavonoids, minerals, pigments, resveratrol and other components. It has certain antioxidant,hypoglycemic, anti-aging, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. However, due to the remote location of Xinjiang, the short shelf life of medicinal mulberry and the slow renewal of medicinal mulberry products, the market situation of medicinal mulberry in Xinjiang is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, the rational utilization of medicinal mulberry resources is the key to promote the healthy development of medicinal mulberry industry. This paper mainly summarized the research progress of the effective components and functional functions of Xinjiang medicinal mulberry, summarized the current situation, and made a prospect for the future development of Xinjiang medicinal mulberry, so as to provide a theoretical reference for the further research and development of Xinjiang medicinal mulberry.
