基于SMC和最优电流矢量的无刷直流电机矢量控制

摘要 传统无刷直流电机运行时存在启动抖动明显、转矩脉动大等问题,为解决这些问题,提出采用SVPWM空间矢量脉宽调制策略,运用滑模控制替代转速环PI控制,同时在q轴电流环注入最优电流矢量控制方案。通过搭建仿真模型及仿真结果分析可知,相对传统控制策略能够有效降低启动超调、抑制换相转矩脉动和提高动态响应能力。 The traditional brushless DC motor has some problems such as obvious startup shaking and large torque ripple.To solve these problems,the space vector pulse width modulation strategy is proposed,and the sliding mode control is used to replace the speed loop PI control,while the optimal current vector is injected into the q-axis current loop. By building the simulation model and analyzing the simulation results,it can be seen that compared with the traditional control strategy,the starting overshoot can be effectively reduced,the commutation torque ripple can be suppressed,and the dynamic response ability can be improved.
