摘要
在“职业本科”视域下,以福建省5所“双高”建设院校2021年质量年度报告为对象,对其中毕业生就业率、技术技能服务、非学历培训服务等具有产出导向评价指标的实证分析与数据对比,提出通过三个“转化”提升科教协同育人能力、四个“衔接”提升高端技术技能人才培养能力、三个“服务”提升技术积累转化服务能力等社会服务贡献能力建设的策略。福建省高职院校应科学制定符合各自学校特色的服务体系,调整升级与福建区域产业结构相融合的专业结构,实现多元化、开放、共享、惠及全民的高质量终身教育体系,才能在提质培优和增值赋能中高质量发展。
In the context of “vocational BA degree” programs, the output-oriented evaluation indicators, such as employment rates, technological and technical service and non-academic training service, were analyzed and compared with data from the annual quality reports(Year 2021) of the five Fujian-based Double-High colleges. It was proposed that the talent development produced by science and education cooperation should be promoted with three “Transformations”, high-end technological and technical talents development should be improved through four “connections”, and technology accumulation, transfer and service should be boost with three “services”. Besides, a service system in line with the characteristics of each college should be established, the speciality structures should be adjusted to the regional industrial structure of Fujian, a high-quality open & shared life-long education for all should be set up. All of the measures above aim to improve the quality of training and value-added evaluation.
