摘要
科技论文写作是科研绩效的重要体现,也是个体科研自我效能感的重要培塑途径。本文通过分析科研效能感在论文投稿过程中表现及影响因素,结合编辑工作实践,探索如何在日常与作者的沟通中判断作者自我效能感的高低,并帮助其提升科研效能感,体现科技期刊的育人功能,进一步实现增强作者黏度、提升期刊质量的目的。
Scientific paper writing is an important embodiment of scientific research performance,and also an important way to cultivate individual scientific research self-efficacy.By analyzing the performance and influence of scientific research efficacy in the process of paper submission,and combining with editing practice,this paper explores how to help authors improve their scientific research efficacy in daily communication,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating excellent authors and improving the viscosity of journal authors.
