K波段紧凑型收发前端组件的设计

摘要 设计了一种应用于微波无线通信系统的紧凑型低成本FDD收发前端组件,在有限的体积内集成了一路接收通道、一路发射通道、两组变频需要的本振源。采用表面贴装芯片和微波多层板的实现方式,在保证优良性能的同时,兼顾了经济性和装配容易性。首先介绍了收发前端的架构设计,并针对关键无源电路、有源电路进行了详细设计,对主要性能指标进行了分析。对加工的组件进行了实测,发射通道输出功率大于20 dBm,接收信号范围为-60 dBm~-20 dBm,接收中频输出功率恒定为-10 dBm。 A compact and low-cost transceiver front-end module is designed for point-to-point radio communication system in this paper.The transceiver module contains one receive channel,one transmit channel,two groups of LO synthesizers in limited area.The module is implemented using devices with Surface Mount Technology(SMT)and multi-layer PCB for excellent perfor‐mance,low cost and easy assembly process.This paper firstly introduces the architectures of transceiver front-end,then gives de‐tailed design of key passive and active circuits,and analysis of main performance index.The assembled module is measured,it can transmit more than 20 dBm and receive-60 dBm to-20 dBm RF signal.The output IF signal of receive channel is-10 dBm constantly.
