包头市互嵌型社区铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究

Consolidating the Consciousness of Chinese National Community in the Inter-Embedded Community of Baotou

随着城镇化的快速发展,我国城市社区各民族散居杂居的分布格局不断深化,铸牢中华民族共同体意识对于加强民族互嵌型社区治理,各民族相互交往、交流、交融具有重要作用。近年来,包头市民族互嵌型社区在建设过程中,坚持用党建引领社区建设、社区管理网格化、管理服务信息化、居民服务项目化,对于促进民族团结、铸牢中华民族共同体意识取得了一些经验。同时还存在民族经济合作渠道狭窄、民族工作法治化水平不足、民族教育发展滞后、社区工作队伍薄弱等问题。因此,需要在拓宽民族经济合作渠道、提升民族工作法治化水平、学习使用国家通用语言文字、推广普通话、强化社区工作队伍建设等方面协同推进,探寻中国特色民族互嵌型社区的治理体系。

With the rapid development of urbanization, the distribution pattern of all ethnic groups scattered and mixed in urban communities in our country is deepening. The consolidating of the consciousness of Chinese national community plays an important role in strengthening the governance of ethnic inter-embedded community, as well as the mutual association, communication and integration of all ethnic groups. In recent years, in the process of construction, the ethnic inter-embedded community in Baotou adhere to the guidance of Chinese Communist Party, grid community management, informatization management, project residents service, and has gained some experience in promoting national unity, consolidating Chinese national community consciousness. At the same time, there are also problems such as narrow channels of ethnic economic cooperation, the level of the legalization of ethnic work being not high, backward development of ethnic education, and weak community work force. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the governance system of ethnic communities with Chinese characteristics by expanding the channels of ethnic economic cooperation, improving the level of legalization of ethnic work, learning and using the standard Chinese language, popularizing Mandarin and strengthening the construction of community work teams.
