乡土文化治理范式的理论探赜——基于结构性的整体图景分析

A Theoretical Probe Into the Governance Paradigm of Local Culture:An Structural Analysis of the Whole Picture

乡土文化与乡村文化不完全等同,乡土文化专指乡村在传统社会自然流变中形成的文化,具有复杂、多样的基本特征。正因为如此,当代乡土文化治理往往聚焦某一具体乡土文化的微观视角。乡土文化的微观治理措施具有极强的针对性,但乡土文化治理被置于各自为政的碎片化状态中,乡土文化治理逻辑的完整谱系被忽视。中国当代乡土文化治理正遭遇着乡土文化空间和乡土文化主体两个方面的结构性掣肘,这种带有二律背反性质的结构性掣肘的治理需要跨越碎片式的微观治理视角,开启宏观治理图式。乡土文化的宏观治理图式,需要恪守“要素→整合→路径”的范式框架,将乡土文化相关要素整合,建构乡土文化治理的集成路向,才能完成乡土文化新时代治理的战略重构与有效治理。

Local culture is not completely equivalent to rural culture. The local culture refers to the culture native to the countryside in the natural evolution of traditional society. It has complex and diverse characteristics. Because of this, contemporary local culture governance often focuses on the micro perspective of a specific local culture. The micro governance measures of local culture are highly targeted, but the local culture governance is placed in a fragmented state, and the complete pedigree of local culture governance logic is ignored. As far as the overall macro level is concerned, China’s contemporary local culture governance is facing structural constraints from two aspects: local culture space and local culture subject. This kind of governance with structural constraints with antinomy needs to cross the fragmented micro governance perspective and open up the macro governance schema. The macro governance schema of local culture needs to abide by the paradigm framework of “elements → integration → path”, integrate the relevant elements of local culture, construct the integrated direction of local culture governance, and then complete the strategic reconstruction and effective governance of local culture governance in the new era.
