乡村振兴视域下农村社会建设与政府满意度研究

Research on Rural Social Construction and Government Satisfaction in the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,农村社会“社会性”主体功能不断强化,彰显出建设高质量农村社会的时代特征,农村社会建设与政府满意度的关系日益成为显性问题。基于中国社会状况综合调查的数据研究发现:在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,农村社会建设水平整体呈现出东部地区高于中西部地区的特征。农村社会赋权、社会包容和社会凝聚均呈现出较高水平,而社会经济保障水平略低,农村社会建设水平对政府满意度的正向影响显著,其中,社会凝聚对政府满意度的正向影响最强,社会经济保障和社会包容的影响次之,社会赋权的影响稍小;社会公平在农村社会建设与政府满意度之间起到部分中介作用;社会宽容度在社会公平和政府满意度之间具有正向调节作用。基于此,在乡村振兴战略实施过程中应将农村社会建设内嵌于乡村振兴进程之中,以制度建设提升农村社会公平程度。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the“social”main function of rural society has been strengthened continuously,and the contemporary characteristics of building a high-quality rural society have been manifested.Based on the data of the Chinese Social Survey,it is found that in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the overall level of rural social construction is higher in the eastern regions than in the central and western regions.Rural social empowerment,social inclusion and social cohesion all show high levels,while the level of socioeconomic security is slightly lower.The positive effect of the level of rural social construction on government satisfaction is significant,with the strongest positive effect of social cohesion on government satisfaction,followed by the effects of socioeconomic security and social inclusion,and a slightly smaller effect of social empowerment.Social equity plays a partly mediating role between rural social construction and government satisfaction;the sense of relative deprivation has a negative moderating role between social equity and government satisfaction.Based on this,rural social construction should be embedded in the process of rural revitalization during the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, and the degree of rural social equity should be enhanced by institutional construction.
