移动平台在住院医师规范化培训理论教学中的应用研究

目的探索移动平台用于住院医师规范化培训理论教学的可行性,并对其实施效果进行分析。方法选取38名2018级妇产科住院医师为研究对象,每日通过移动平台推送问题式知识点,以结业理论考核前模拟考相对于全国业务水平测试成绩提升幅度作为理论教学效果评价指标,收集住院医师的性别、学历、人员类型等资料进行多因素分析。结果移动平台用于理论培训对提升结业理论考核成绩有促进作用,且对于不同身份类型、不同学历层次的住院医师均有提升性影响;理论成绩提升程度与移动平台使用率呈现明显的正相关。结论移动平台用于住院医师规范化培训理论教学对巩固理论基础、提升教学质量有促进作用。

Objective To explore the feasibility of using the mobile platform in the theoretical teaching of standardized residency training,and to analyze its implementation effect.Methods Taking 38 third-grade obstetrics and gynecology training residents of our hospital as the research subjects,we sent the theoretical assessment questionnaires to them through the mobile platform every day.After the answer,the platform automatically displayed the relevant knowledge points and test site analysis.Taking the improvement of the simulation test before standardized residency training completion assessment relative to national medical professional level test as the theoretical teaching effect index,we collected the gender,educational background personnel type and other data for multi-factor analysis affecting the promotion effect.Results The application of mobile platform in theory training had a significant effect on improving the theory examination results,and had an improving effect on interns with different identity types and different educational levels.There was an obvious positive correlation between the improvement of theoretical performance and the utilization rate of mobile platform.Conclusion The application of mobile platform in the theoretical teaching of resident standardized training is of great significance to consolidate the theoretical foundation and improve the teaching quality.
