关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献计量学研究

Bibliometrics research of intra-articular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的通过关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献计量学分析,探讨该研究领域的发展状况及研究热点。方法在Web of Science数据库检索2014—2021年收录的有关关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献。将文献导入CiteSpace软件,分析文献发文量、国家/地区发文量、作者发文量、机构发文量,并进行关键词共现、关键词突现、关键词聚类分析;对被引文献进行分析,根据sigma值分析关键文献。结果(1)共纳入1271篇文献,年均发文量为158篇,2019年的发文量最高。(2)发文量最高的作者是Jianhao Lin,中心度较高的作者为David J Hunter和Li Zhang;发文量排名前3的国家依次为美国、中国、意大利,中心度排名前3的国家是美国、英国、德国;发文量排名前3的机构依次为浙江大学、上海交通大学、诺丁汉大学,中心度排名前3的机构是悉尼大学、杜克大学、康奈尔大学。(3)关键词共现分析显示,出现频次排名前3的关键词依次为骨关节炎、膝骨性关节炎、透明质酸;中心度排名前3的关键词依次为关节腔内、软骨退变、关节软骨。通过关键词突现分析可将关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的研究分为3个阶段。通过聚类分析可将关键词聚类为7类,分别为膝关节置换术、富血小板血浆、纳米颗粒、间充质干细胞、膝关节、基质金属蛋白酶13、随机对照试验。分析得出10篇关键被引文献。结论目前干细胞疗法尚未形成体系,多数研究只停留在动物实验阶段。如何制备更合理的制剂,制订更合理的配比及最有效的治疗剂量,仍然是未来研究的方向。

Objective To explore the development states and research hotspots of the research field as below through the analysis of bibliometrics of intra-articular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Literature related to intra-articular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis included from 2014 to 2021 was retrieved from Web of Science database.The literature was imported into CiteSpace software,the number of published articles of literature,countries/regions,authors,and institutions was analyzed,and the keyword co-appearance,keyword burstness and keyword cluster analyses were carried on;furthermore,analysis was performed on cited literature,and the key literature was analyzed according to sigma value.Results(1)A total of 1271 literature was enrolled,the average annual number of published articles was 158,and the number of published articles was the highest in 2019.(2)The author with the highest number of articles was Jianhao Lin,and the authors with high centrality were David J Hunter and Li Zhang;in addition,the top three countries in the number of published articles were the United States,China,and Italy,and the top three countries for centrality were the United States,England and Germany;furthermore,Zhejiang University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the University of Nottingham were the top three research institutions in terms of the number of published articles,and the top three institutions for centrality were University of Sydney,University of Duke,and University of Cornell.(3)Keyword co-appearance analysis showed that the top three keywords for appearance frequency were osteoarthritis,knee osteoarthritis and hyaluronic acid,and the top three keywords for centrality were intra-articular,cartilage degeneration and cartilage articularis,successively.Through keyword burstness analysis,the research on intra-articular injection for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can be divided into three stages.Through cluster analysis,the keywords could be clustered into 7 categories,including knee arthroplasty,platelet-rich plasma,nanoparticle,mesenchymal stem cell,knee joint,matrix metalloproteinase-13,and randomized controlled trial.Ten key cited literature was analyzed and acquired.Conclusion At present,stem cell therapy is not systematic,and most of the research only stays in the stage of animal experiments.How to prepare more reasonable preparations,formulate more reasonable ratios and the most effective therapeutic doses are still the direction of future research.
