摘要
柔性直流换流阀运行时,因“黑模块”引起的故障如不能及时清理,会造成直流输电系统跳闸的严重故障。根据乌东德工程换流阀的研制过程,提出一种利用过压自击穿晶闸管的短路特性,实现柔直“黑模块”故障清除的解决方案。阐述了柔直换流阀“黑模块”故障机理及其带来的危害,在此基础上提出了过压自击穿晶闸管用于“黑模块”故障处理的原理,并分析了这种柔直专用的过压自击穿晶闸管的电气特性,评估了这种方案的电气应力情况;最后,设计试验电路进行了试验验证。最终成功在乌东德工程中实现工程化应用。
When the flexible direct current converter valve is in operation,if the fault caused by "black module" can not be cleaned up in time,it will cause serious fault of direct current transmission system trip.According to the development process of converter valve in Wudongde channel project,a solution to eliminate the "black module" fault by using the short circuit characteristics of over-voltage self breakdown thyristor is put forward.The fault mechanism of "black module" of flexible direct current converter valve and its harm are described.On this basis,the principle of overvoltage self breakdown thyristor used for "black module" fault treatment is proposed,and the electrical characteristics of this kind of special over-voltage self breakdown thyristor are analyzed.The electrical stress of this scheme is evaluated,the experimental circuit is designed and verified.Finally,it is successfully applied in Wudongde project.
