摘要
设计了一种适用于新型电力系统下的具备双系统冗余控制的阀基电子装置(VBE)。该设备以FPGA为控制核心,电源单元、通信链路、控制系统均采用冗余设计,对外通信以高速光口为主,并预留了485接口、千兆网口等通信接口,内部通信速率最高可达6.25 Gb/s。实验证明该设备通信链路稳定可靠、双系统之间切换实时高效、故障自适应判决响应迅速、具备对外兼容与可扩展性,有效地提升了新型电力电子设备的可靠性、时效性,保障了功率单元的稳定运行。
A valve base electronics(VBE) used in the new type power system is designed with dual system redundancy control.The device takes FPGA as the control core,the power supply unit,communication link and control system all adopt redundancy design,the external communication is mainly high-speed optical port,and reserved 485 interface,gigabit network port and other communication interfaces,the internal communication rate up to 6.25 GB/s.The experimental results show that the communication link of the equipment is stable and reliable,the switching between the two systems is real-time and efficient,the fault adaptive decision response is quick,and the equipment has external compatibility and scalability,which effectively improves the reliability and timeliness of the new power electronic equipment and guarantees the stable operation of the power unit.
