摘要
高效率一直是电力电子变换设备追求的重要目标之一,对于并网光伏逆变器亦如此。此处设计了一种1500 V兆瓦级高效率三电平光伏逆变器。硬件方面,在传统的1000 V直流系统电压等级基础上,采用1500 V直流电压等级系统,拓扑为三电平“I”型两并联结构,主回路滤波电抗器采用特制铜制电抗器;软件方面,采用分段调制和智能温控的调节方式。以上硬软件的结合,在降低系统成本的同时可以有效提升系统的整体效率,制作了实验样机并搭建了实验平台进行验证,验证了所设计样机具有较高的系统效率和可靠性。
High efficiency has always been one of the important goals pursued by power electronic conversion equipment,so it is for grid-connected photovoltaic inverters.A 1500 V megawatt high efficiency three-level photovoltaic inverter is designed,in terms of hardware,based on the traditional 1000 V DC system voltage level,1500 V DC voltage level system is adopted.The topology is three-level"I"type two-parallel structure,the main loop filter reactor is made of special copper reactor.In terms of software,it adopts segmental modulation and intelligent temperature control.The combination of hardware and software above can effectively improve the overall efficiency of the system while reducing the system cost.An experimental prototype is made and an experimental platform is built for verification,which verifies that the designed prototype has high system efficiency and reliability.
