摘要 电动车在实现无排放交通方面具有强大的前景,目前针对电动车的充电设备往往与控制器是分离的。为了使应用于开关磁阻电机(SRM)的电动车控制器具有更高的集成度,针对SRM的驱动一体化研究应运而生。此处提出了一种基于光伏最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)和功率因数校正(PFC)的用于电动车的多功能SRM驱动器拓扑,可以实现电机驱动、市电PFC充电和光伏板充电3种功能。此处对驱动器的几种工作模式进行了分析,并使用状态空间法对系统进行建模和控制器设计,根据特定的使用场景提出了相应的控制方法,并就减少额外电感的使用进行了讨论分析。通过对传统驱动器拓扑的改进,该研究提出的多功能SRM驱动器集成了两种充电功能,并且通过引入的MPPT算法和PFC控制,可以使光伏板的充电功率最大化,并减少市电充电中的无功功率。最后通过仿真和实验验证了该系统在不同模式下的运行情况。 Electric vehicles hold strong promise in enabling emission-free transportation and the current charging equipment for electric vehicles is often separate from the controller.In order to make the electric vehicles controller applied to the switched reluctance motor(SRM) have a higher degree of integration,the research on the drive integration of the SRM emerges as the times require.A multifunctional SRM driver topology for electric vehicles based on photovoltaic maximum power point tracking(MPPT) and power factor correction(PFC) is proposed which can realize three functions of motor drive,mains PFC charging and photovoltaic panel charging.Several operating modes of the driver are analyzed and the state space method is used to model the system and design the controller.According to the specific usage scenario,the corresponding control method is proposed and the use of reducing the extra inductance is discussed and analyzed.By improving the traditional driver topology,the multifunctional SRM driver proposed in this study integrates two charging functions and through the introduced MPPT algorithm and PFC control,it can maximize the charging power of photovoltaic panels and reduce the reactive power in mains charging power.Finally,the operation of the system in different modes is verified by the simulation and experiment.
