摘要 首先,这里运用Infolytica软件建立了高频变压器的电磁-温度场双向耦合计算模型,基于该模型得到了高频变压器在非正弦激励下于空载、短路和负载3种状态下的铁心损耗、绕组损耗,获得了温度场的计算结果并对其进行了实验验证。其次,比较了两台高频变压器铁心横向排布距离分别为1 mm,2 mm和3 mm时的磁场和温升分布。结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果的误差在10%以内,并且随着铁心间距离的增大,高频变压器的损耗和热点温升均先增大后减小。 Firstly,the electromagnetic-temperature field bidirectional coupling calculation model of high-frequency transformer is established by using Infolytica software,based on the model,the core loss and winding loss of high-frequency transformer under non sinusoidal excitation in three states of no-load,short-circuit and load are obtained,the calculation results of temperature field are obtained and verified by experiments.Secondly,the distribution of magnetic field and temperature rise of two high-frequency transformers with transverse arrangement distance of 1 mm,2 mm and 3 mm are compared.The results show that the error between the simulation results and the experimental results is within 10%,and with the increase of the distance between the cores,the loss and hot spot temperature rise of the high frequency transformer first increase and then decrease.
