一种基于电压残差的T型逆变器故障检测方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对搭载T型三电平逆变器的有源电力滤波器(APF),分析各功率器件开路故障的特点,提出一种基于直流侧电容电压残差及逆变器三相电压残差的T型三电平故障诊断方法。通过APF核心器件T型三电平逆变器中位点箝制的特点,提取T型三电平逆变器上、下电容电压残差值以及逆变器指令电压和输出电压残差值,计算周期平均值,作为功率器件故障诊断的依据。同时,在提取电压参数后,提出一种完整的故障定位方法,通过各种判断依据来逐渐定位故障。最后,搭建仿真模型及实验平台对提出的故障诊断方法进行验证,仿真和实验结果证明了该故障诊断方法的有效性。 Aiming at active power filter(APF) equipped with T-type three-level inverter,the characteristics of open circuit faults of each power device are analyzed,and a T-type three-level fault diagnosis method based on capacitor voltage residuals of DC side and inverter three-phase voltage residuals is proposed.Based on the characteristics of the clamp in the T-type three-level inverter middle dot of APF core device,the residual voltage of the upper and lower capacitance of the T-type three-level inverter and the residual voltage of the inverter’s instruction voltage and output voltage are extracted,and the average value of the period is calculated,which can be used as the basis for fault diagnosis of power devices.At the same time,after extracting voltage parameters,a complete fault location method is proposed,and the fault is located gradually according to various judgment basis.Finally,a simulation model and experimental platform are built to verify the proposed fault diagnosis method.The simulation and experimental results prove the validity of the proposed fault diagnosis method.
