无通讯抗偏移的双向WPT系统最优效率追踪策略

摘要 磁耦合线圈偏移对双向无线输电(WPT)系统的传输效率影响显著。针对此问题,提出了一种无需通讯、无需预先参数检测的双向WPT系统效率优化策略,当线圈偏移时,通过零相位角控制实现了初、次级变换器同步移相,实时追踪最优效率点。此处分析了双向WPT系统因线圈偏移导致失谐时的功率特性,推导得双边变换器零相位角运行条件及最优效率传输条件,由此提出基于双边变换器同步移相的效率优化策略。在140 W样机上的实验表明,双向传输的最高效率均达到94%。 The magnetic coupling coil misalignment has a significant impact on the transmission efficiency of bidirectional wireless power transmission(WPT) system.To solve this problem,an efficiency optimization strategy of bidirectional WPT system without communication and pre parameter detection is proposed.When the coil misalignment,the primary and secondary converters are synchronously shifted by zero phase angle control to track the optimal efficiency point in real time.The power characteristics of the bidirectional WPT system due to the detuning caused by the coil misalignment are analyzed,and the zero phase angle operation conditions and the optimal efficiency transmission conditions of the bilateral converter are derived.Therefore,the efficiency optimization strategy based on the synchronous phase shift of the bilateral converter is proposed.Experiments on 140 W prototype show that the maximum efficiency of bidirectional transmission is 94%.
