摘要
提出了一种新型的基于双谐振电路的直流充电桩拓扑结构,该结构在传统移相全桥(PSFB)变换器的基础上增设了两组谐振网络,并采用输入串联-输出并联(ISOP)的连接方式,以契合大功率能量传输的应用背景。所提DC/DC变换器兼具谐振特性与箝位特性,有助于提升变换器的能量传递效率和电压利用率,还拥有高频电气隔离、软开关、适合大功率能量传输等优点。首先阐述了电路的工作原理,然后对变换器的参数设计进行了详细讨论,并通过一台20kW/760V,20 kHz的实验样机验证了该结构的正确性和优越性。
A novel topologic structure of DC charging pile based on double resonant circuit is proposed.Based on the traditional phase-shift full-bridge(PSFB) converter,two resonant networks are added.In addition,the input series-output parallel(ISOP) configuration is adopted to fit the application of high-power transmission.The proposed DC/DC converter has both resonance and clamping characteristics,which helps to improve the energy transmission efficiency and voltage utilization of the converter.It also has the advantages of high-frequency electronic isolation,soft switching,suitable for high-power transmission and so on.Firstly,the operating principle of the circuit is expounded,then the parameter design of the converter is discussed in detail.The correctness and superiority of the structure are verified by a 20 kW/760 V,20 kHz experimental prototype.
