摘要
高压车载三相功率因数校正(PFC)变换器在硬启动下容易发生过流跳闸从而导致启动失败,同时传统桥式拓扑也难以满足高功率工况下的电流应力要求。为此提出了一种基于软启动的高压SiC车载三相T型PFC变换器,通过自适应死区调整在启动时合理地限制电流尖峰,并将三相T型电桥作为PFC的拓扑进而降低了高功率工况下的电流应力,同时在d-q域借助直流总线电压和功率基准完成对电压和电流闭环控制,最后搭载一台4.8 kW实验样机验证了所提方案的正确性。
High voltage vehicle mounted three-phase power factor correction(PFC)converter is prone to overcurrent trip under hard start,resulting in start-up failure.At the same time,the traditional bridge topology is also difficult to meet the current stress requirements under high-power conditions.Therefore,a high voltage SiC vehicle mounted threephase T-type PFC converter based on soft start is proposed,through adaptive dead band adjustment,the current spike is reasonably limited during start-up,and the three-phase T-bridge is used as the topology of PFC,so as to reduce the current stress under high-power conditions.At the same time,the closed-loop control of voltage and current is completed with the help of DC bus voltage and power reference in d-q domain.Finally,a 4.8 kW experimental prototype is carried to verify the correctness of the proposed scheme.
