摘要
硫磺回收装置作为炼化企业重要环保装置处理全厂酸性气。随着炼化企业加工规模的扩大及原油劣质化程度的不断提高,硫磺回收装置如何实现安全、稳定、环保运行至关重要。某石化企业在4^(#)/5^(#)硫磺回收装置上成功应用富氧工艺,空气中氧气浓度由21%提高至26%,设计最大氧气浓度为28%,经标定装置加工能力提高约16%,富氧工艺成功实现工业应用。
Sulfur recovery unit, as an important environmental protection facility in refning and chemical enterprise is responsible for processing acid gas for the whole enterprise. With the expansion of processing capacity and the deterioration of crude oil quality, it is crucial to realize the safe, stable and green operation of sulfur recovery unit. Sinopec ZRCC applied oxygen enrichment technology in its 4^(#)/5^(#) sulfur recovery units, which raised the oxygen concentration from 21% to 26%, with maximum design oxygen concentration up to 28%. The results show that the processing capacity increases by about 16%, and the industrial application of oxygen enrichment technology is successful.
