摘要
南海西部某陆岸终端设自备电站以天然气为主燃料,柴油为备用燃料。为减少燃料费用,通过新增一套空温式气化器(AAV)和两条管线,将下游储罐内LNG转化为常温气态后进干气进站管线,实现了下游反向供气给终端透平发电机使用。通过该流程改造,节约标准煤86 t/年,减少二氧化碳排放520 t/年,产生经济效益224万元/年,取得了良好的环保和经济效益,同时对类似油气处理终端节能改造具有一定借鉴意义。
An onshore oil terminal in the west of the South China Sea is equipped with a self-powered station,using natural gas transported ashore from an ofshore platform as the master fuel and diesel as the backup fuel. The sea area where the ofshore oilfeld group is located is a typhoon-prone area. The production of ofshore platforms is shut down several times due to typhoons and planned shutdowns for maintenance every year. After the shutdown,the terminal will produce high fuel costs to maintain the power supply if switching the turbine generator to diesel mode. Utilizing the existing dry gas transmission pipeline of the terminal, the LNG in the storage tank of the downstream natural gas liquefaction plant is converted to normal temperature gas state by adding a set of ambient air vaporizers(AAV) and two pipelines and then enter its dry gas inlet pipeline, which enables the downstream natural gas liquefaction plant to reverse supply gas to the terminal’s turbine generator. The process revamp can save 86 tce/year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 520 t/year, and generate the economic beneft of 2.24 million yuan/year,achieving good environmental protection and economic benefts. It also possesses reference signifcance for energysaving reconstruction for similar oil and gas processing terminals.
