sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C及Hcy在视网膜血管阻塞诊断中的价值

The Value of sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy in the Diagnosis of Retinal Vascular Occlusion

目的评价血清指标sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C及Hcy在视网膜血管阻塞诊断中的价值。方法以经眼底荧光血管造影确诊的视网膜血管阻塞患者103例作为研究对象,其中视网膜动脉阻塞患者53例(A组),视网膜静脉阻塞患者50例(B组),同期健康体检人员50例作为对照组(C组),比较各组sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C、Hcy指标的差异,并作Iogistic回归分析。结果A组和B组sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C、Hcy明显高于C组,A组和B组sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C、Hcy无明显差异。结论sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C、Hcy具有视网膜血管阻塞诊断价值,且是视网膜血管阻塞的独立危险因素,将sdLDL-C、sdLDL-C/LDL-C、Hcy作为视网膜血管阻塞患者指标检测有助于其临床诊断、治疗及预后评估。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sdLDL-C),low-den-sity lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(sdLDL-C/LDL-C)and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with retinal vascular obstruction.Methods 103 patients with retinal vascular occlusion confirmed by fundus fluorescein angiography were selected as the research object,including 53 patients with retinal artery occlusion(groupA)and 50 patients with retinal vein occlusion(group B).In the same period,50 healthy pa-tients were selected as the control group(group C).The differences of sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy indexes in each group were compared,and Iogistic regression analysis was performed.Results sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy in groupAand B were signifi-cantly higher than those in group C,there were no significant differences in sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy between groupAand group B Conclusion sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy have diagnostic value and are independent risk factors for retinal vascular obstruction.The detection of sdLDL-C,sdLDL-C/LDL-C and Hcy as indicators of retinal vascular occlusion is helpful for its clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation.
