抗腐蚀性鳞片石墨涂层水系电池正极铝箔集流体 被引量:3

摘要 集流体的腐蚀是限制水系电池发展的主要瓶颈之一,目前仅有金属钛或石墨等可以用作水系电池正极集流体,常见的铝箔因腐蚀无法作为集流体应用于水系电池。本文以炭黑和鳞片石墨为防护基材,采用涂布方法制备了两种涂炭铝箔,其中鳞片石墨涂层的铝箔不仅涂层均匀具有较好的附着力,而且具有较好的疏水和耐腐蚀性能,以该涂碳铝箔为正极集流体、石墨纸为负极集流体组装的LiFePO 4‖NaTi 2(PO 4)3电池可以正常循环90次,具有潜在应用价值。 The corrosion of current collector is one of the main bottlenecks restricting the development of aqueous battery.At present,only titanium or graphite can be used as the cathode current collector of aqueous battery,and the common aluminum foil cannot be used as current collector in aqueous battery due to corrosion.In this paper,carbon black and flake graphite are used as protective substrates,and two kinds of carbon coated aluminum foil are prepared by coating method.The aluminum foil with flake graphite layer not only has uniform coating and good adhesion,but also has good hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance.LiFePO 4‖NaTi 2(PO 4)3 battery assembled with this carbon coated aluminum foil as casthode collector and graphite paper as anode collector can be recycled for 90 times,which has good potential application value.
