摘要
探究生态理念下的食品包装设计表现及方法路径。结合当前全球遭遇的生态环境问题,梳理我国传统生态设计观中蕴含的历史语境和理论内涵,主张天人合一的自然和谐观和仁爱万物的生态伦理观,从中获得食品包装在环保性、实用性和宜人性上的设计启示。研究的重心从关注包装视觉表现转向生态关怀和人文关怀,进行多维度融合和多价值交叠的综合考虑。提出食品包装通过耗材减量化设计、功用极大化设计和废弃物活用化设计策略,从而降低碳物质的排放量和生态负担,延伸包装附加值并增强使用体验,以及谋求废弃物“零污染”转换和循环利用,为食品包装的绿色可持续性设计提供实践参考和创新启示。
Explore the design performance and method path of food packaging under the ecological concept. Combining with the current global ecological environment issues, the historical context and theoretical connotation contained in China’s traditional ecological design concept are sorted out, advocating the natural harmony concept of the unity of heaven and man and the ecological ethics concept of loving all things, from which the design inspiration of food packaging in terms of environmental protection, practicality and human ability is obtained. The focus on the research shifts from focusing on the visual representation of packaging to ecological care and humanistic care, and a comprehensive consideration of multi-dimensional integration and multi-value overlap is carried out. It is proposed that food packaging can reduce carbon emissions and ecological burdens, extend the added value of packaging, enhance the use experience, and seek “zero pollution”conversion and recycling of waste through the design of reduction of consumables, design for maximum utility and design for reuse of waste, providing practical reference and innovative inspiration for green sustainable design of food packaging.
