摘要
研究黄芪山药粉对胃黏膜的保护作用。采用自身和组间对照试验设计,将120名受试者随机分为试验组和阳性对照组,连续服用受试物30 d,观察试验前后受试者的一般情况、功效性指标和安全性指标。使用SPSS软件对试验结果进行t检验。结果表明,试验组和阳性对照组试验前后临床症状分级积分和剑突下压痛程度积分均显著降低,自身比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),胃痛、嗳气、反酸、腹胀、食欲不振、少食等临床症状均有显著改善;一般状况均未发生明显变化;安全性指标均在正常值范围内。黄芪山药粉有辅助保护胃黏膜的作用。
To study the protective effect of Huangqi Shanyao powder on gastric mucosa, a self and inter group controlled trial design adopted, about 120 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and positive control group, and were taken continuously for 30 d to observe the general situation, efficacy and safety indicators of the subjects before and after the trial.SPSS software was used to conduct t test on the experimental results. Results showed that the scores of clinical symptoms and tenderness degree under the xiphid process were significantly decreased before and after trial feeding in both the trial feeding group and the positive control group, and the differences were extremely significant(P<0.01). The clinical symptoms such as stomachache, belching, acid reflux, abdominal distention, loss of appetite and oligophagia were significantly improved. The general condition did not change significantly. The safety indexes were all within the normal range. Huangqi Shanyao Powder can protect gastric mucosa.
