摘要
文章结合课堂教学与实践探索,探索在“酿造工艺学”课程中将专业知识教育和思想政治教育融为一体的教学改革,构建酿造学文化、酿造工艺理论、酿造制品生产与思想政治教育同向同行的课程教育体系,在潜移默化、润物无声的过程中实现立德树人、全程育人的目标。
Combined with classroom teaching and practical exploration,this paper explores the teaching reform of brewing technology,which integrates professional knowledge education and ideological and political education,and constructs the curriculum education system of brewing culture,brewing technology theory,brewing product production and ideological and political education,so as to realize the goal of moral education and whole process education imperceptibly.
