摘要
以陇彰高速渭河特大桥桥梁施工为工程背景,为解决上跨既有铁路线桥梁施工质量安全的难题,针对渭河特大桥施工环境和桥梁结构特征,制定了连续钢构梁体先悬臂后转体的施工方案、技术参数和现场监测方案,对悬臂施工、转体施工阶段各工序提出了质量、安全控制技术措施。通过监测数据分析表明,梁体挠度和中线偏差符合误差要求,线形控制良好,确保了上跨既有铁路线的公路特大桥梁施工安全顺利地进行。
Taking the longzhang high-speed Weihe Special Bridge bridge transformation construction as the project background, In order to solve the problem of quality and safety of bridge construction on the upper span of existing railway line, Aiming at the construction environment of Weihe Special Bridge and the structural characteristics of the bridge, Formulated the continuous steel beam body first cantilever and then turn the body of the construction plan, technical parameters and on-site monitoring program, quality and safety control technical measures are proposed of each process for cantilever construction and rotary construction stage.Data analysis through monitoring shows that the deflection and mid-line deviation of the beam body meet the error requirementst, the line is well controlled, this ensured the safe and smooth progress of the construction of the oversized highway bridge that spans the existing railway line.
