中外路面资产管理系统关键技术比较研究

摘要 在对国内外典型路面资产管理系统进行调研基础上,重点从数据库管理、路况评估、路况性能预测、养护决策和规划、可视化管理及资产评估与风险管控等系统核心功能进行对比分析,建议了面向我国路面资产管理系统的模型自定义设置、内置启发式最优算法、应用GIS地图的可视化功能等主要关键技术,为我国路面资产管理系统开发和应用提供依据。 In order to make pavement asset management system truly become an auxiliary decision-making tool for highway management departments.Firstly, the functions and characteristics of typical pavement asset management systems at home and abroad are investigated, and the core functions of the system such as database management, road condition evaluation, road condition performance prediction, maintenance decision and planning, visual management, asset evaluation and risk control are compared.It is proposed that Chinese pavement asset management system can be customized through the model.The main key technologies such as the built-in heuristic optimal algorithm and the visualization function of GIS map provide the basis for the development and application of pavement asset management system, so as to realize the scientific, efficient and visual management of highway assets.
