农村公路建养一体化项目考核评价指标体系研究

Research on the Evaluation Index System of Rural Highway Construction and Maintenance Integration Project

建养一体化项目作为一种新的养护管理模式已在国内各地开展了实体工程应用,但对于建养一体化项目的考核评价方面研究不足,缺少必要的评价指标和评价标准。通过以农村公路建养一体化项目为依托,从养护质量和管理质量两个方面,建立了考核评价指标体系,提出了考核评价方法,为实现建养一体化项目的考核评价提供了有利支撑。

As a new maintenance management model, the construction and maintenance integration project has been applied in various parts of the country.However, there is insufficient research on the evaluation of the construction and maintenance integration project, lacking the necessary evaluation indicators and standards.By relying on the rural road construction and maintenance integration project, an evaluation index system was established from two aspects of maintenance quality and management quality.And an evaluation method was proposed, which provided favorable support for the evaluation of the construction and maintenance integration project.
