摘要
新时代民航强国战略推进实施的背景下,全国的枢纽机场将加快高质量发展的步伐,力争在航空发展中巩固和提升自身的地位,而大力发展空铁联运是非常重要的一种手段。处于扩建过程中的枢纽机场,发展空铁联运通常面临缺乏高层级的领导机构、机场和铁路建设单位发展理念不同,各种交通基础设施的建设时序不一致等难题。以广州白云国际机场为例,在剖析国内空铁联运模式的基础上,针对自身规划建设的特点,提出多方式结合的空铁联运模式,实现以机场为核心的空铁联运,是积极发展空铁联运的探索和实践。
Under the background of promoting the implementation of civil aviation power strategy in the new era, hub airports across the country will accelerate the pace of high-quality development, strive to seize the opportunity in the aviation development and consolidate their position, and vigorously develop air and rail combined transport is a very important means.In the process of expanding the hub airport, the development of air and rail combined transport is usually faced with a series of problems, such as lack of high-level leadership agncy, the development concept of airport and railway construction unit is inconsistent, the time sequence of construction of various transportation infrastructure is inconsistent and so on.In this paper, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport as an example, on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign air and rail combined transport mode, according to the characteristics of its own planning and construction, put forward a multi-mode combined air and rail combined transport mode.This mode has realized the air and rail combined transportation system with the airport as the core, and is the exploration and practice of actively developing the air-rail intermodal transportation.
