摘要
为提高动态汽车衡现场检定的效率,对其智能终端的设计进行了研究。分析了现有的提高动态汽车衡现场作业效率和自动化程度的方法,提出一种基于嵌入式触摸屏的智能终端设计方案。该方案以嵌入式工业触摸屏为硬件平台,采用专用的触控软件开发技术,通过控制仪表的通信接口,实现现场检定数据的自动采集和分析。同时采用大彩7寸触摸屏和WDM886控制仪表构建实验环境,并进行验证,结果表明,该方案能满足现场检定作业的需求。
In order to improve the efficiency of on-site verification of dynamic truck scale,the design of intelligent terminal is studied.Based on the analysis of the existing methods to improve the efficiency and automation of the dynamic truck scale,a design scheme of intelligent terminal based on embedded touch screen is proposed.This scheme takes embedded industrial touch screen as hardware platform,adopts special touch software development technology,and realizes automatic collection and analysis of on-site verification data through communication interface of control instrument.At the same time,Dacai 7 inch touch screen and WDM886 control instrument are used to construct the experimental environment,and the verification results show that the scheme can meet the needs of on-site verification operations.
