摘要
热点燃试验标校装置是实现IEC标准要求的防爆电气设备中,对所有超过温度组别的小元件进行热点燃试验的验证设备,其安全裕度、性能参数和控制方式对整个系统的安全性、稳定性和灵敏度有着重要影响。本文为优化试验流程和提高检定效率,设计了一套基于安全裕度的热点燃试验自动化标校装置,同时,为验证灵敏度的有效性和准确性,对热点燃试验标校装置多次测试。实验证明,该装置实现了热点燃试验的安全裕度叠加和自动标校,且灵敏度测量重复性相对标准偏差为0.59%。
Thermal ignition test calibration device is a verification device for all small components exceeding temperature groups in the explosion-proof electrical equipment required by IEC standards.Its safety margin,performance parameters and control mode have an important impact on the safety,stability and sensitivity of the whole system.Aiming at optimizing the test process and improving the verification efficiency,this paper designed a set of automatic calibration device for thermal ignition test based on safety margin.At the same time,in order to verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the sensitivity,the calibration device for thermal ignition test was tested several times.The experiment proved that the device realized the superposition of safety margin and automatic calibration for thermal ignition test.The relative standard deviation of repeatability of sensitivity measurement is 0.59%.
