(0~300)℃低温热电偶校准结果的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Calibration Result of Sheathed Thermocouples Ranging from 0℃to 300℃

按照JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》要求,对用标准铂电阻温度计做标准器校准测量范围(0~300)℃的低温热电偶的校准结果的不确定度进行评定。包括电测设备引入的标准不确定度分量、标准铂电阻温度计在各校准温度点的标准不确定度分量,并最终计算合成标准不确定度。

According to the requirements of JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement",the uncertainty in the calibration result of sheathed thermocouples ranging from 0℃to 300℃was evaluated.The standard uncertainty component introduced by electric measuring equipment and the standard uncertainty component introduced by standard platinum resistance thermometer at each calibration temperature point were calculated,as well as the combined standard uncertainty.
