进入新时代,乡村生态振兴成为乡村全面振兴的重要内容,也是乡村可持续发展的必然要求,关乎中华民族伟大复兴目标的实现。乡村生态振兴面临传统经济发展方式忽视生态发展、农民环保意识淡薄、相关部门执法力度不够、城乡二元结构阻碍生态协同治理的现实困境。贯彻落实新发展理念、坚持普法执法两手抓、构建城乡共同体,对推动乡村全面振兴、助力中华民族伟大复兴具有深远意义。

In the new era, rural ecological revitalization has become an important part of the overall revitalization of rural areas, inevitable requirement for sustainable rural development, more importantly, realization of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. The rural ecological revitalization is faced with realistic dilemma of ignoring ecological development in the traditional economic development mode, farmers’ weak awareness of environmental protection, and lack of law enforcement by relevant departments, and the urban-rural dual structure hindering ecological collaborative governance. Implementing new development concept, upholding the dual approach of popularizing the law and enforcing the law, and building a community between urban and rural areas is of far-reaching significance for promoting all-round rural revitalization and contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
