微格教学法在高职师范教育学课程中的应用研究

在现阶段教学过程中,需注重学生能力的全面提升。高等职业师范院校主要以培养未来的教师为教学目标。因此,在高职师范教育学课程教学中,教师需要根据现阶段教育发展方向,了解未来职业需求,进而采用现代化教学手段,不断提高师范教育学课程教学质量。作为一种新兴教学方式,微格教学法可以运用多媒体信息技术手段,通过录制短视频的方式,帮助教师提高教学质量,提升自身教学水平。基于此,通过分析高职师范教育学课程教学现状,提出了微格教学法在高职师范教育学课程教学中的有效应用策略,以供参考。

In the current teaching process, it is necessary to pay attention to the overall improvement of students’ abilities. Higher vocational pedagogical colleges mainly aim to train future teachers. Therefore, in the teaching of higher vocational teacher education courses, teachers need to understand the future career needs according to the current direction of education development, and then adopt modern teaching methods to continuously improve the teaching quality of teacher education courses. As an emerging teaching method, the micro-grid teaching method can use multimedia information technology to help teachers improve teaching quality and improve their own teaching level by recording short videos. Based on this, by analyzing the teaching status of higher vocational teacher education courses, an effective application strategy of micro-grid teaching method in the teaching of higher vocational teacher education courses is proposed for reference.
