高职院校党史学习教育常态化长效化机制的研究

Research on the Normalization and Long-Term Mechanism of Party History Learning and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是党史学习教育的前沿阵地,其以培养高素质技能型人才为己任,在抓好劳动能力培养的同时,还需注重对学生的价值引导,而建立健全学校党史学习常态化长效化机制,是创新德技并修育人机制,落实立德树人根本任务的有效途径。论述了高职院校开展党史教育的必要性,探讨了建立健全高职院校党史学习常态化长效化机制应遵循的五个基本环节,并提出了具体措施,以期促进高职院校思想政治课程高质量发展。

Higher vocational colleges are the frontiers of party history learning and education.They take the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents as their own responsibility.While focusing on the cultivation of labor ability,they also need to pay attention to the value guidance of students,and establish and improve the learning of party history in schools.The normalization and long-term mechanism is an effective way to innovate moral skills and cultivate the mechanism of educating people,so as to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.This paper discusses the necessity of carrying out party history education in higher vocational colleges,discusses the five basic links that should be followed in establishing and improving the normalization and long-term mechanism of party history learning in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward specific measures to promote higher vocational colleges.High-quality development of the school’s ideological and political courses.
