高校思政教学的目的是帮助学生树立正确的价值观,促进其精神品质的提升。想要达成这一目标,教师必须开发更具代表性的教学案例,以此激发学生的共鸣感,引导学生进行更深层次的思考。在当前高校思政教学案例资源开发的过程中,存在教师的积极性不高、无法共享案例资源、难以挖掘思政元素等问题,严重影响了思政教学效率。针对这种情况,分析了思政课教学案例开发的意义,探讨了思政案例资源开发利用中存在的问题,阐述了思政课教学案例资源开发原则,提出了高校思政课教学案例资源开发改进策略,通过调动思政教师的积极性、创设教学案例资源开发共享机制、充分发掘案例资源思政元素等措施解决问题,促进高校生综合素质的提升。

The purpose of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities is to help students establish correct values and promote the improvement of their spiritual quality. To achieve this goal, teachers must develop more representative teaching cases that inspire empathy and lead students to deeper thinking. In the process of case resources development of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities, there are some problems, such as teachers’ low enthusiasm, unable to share case resources, and difficult to dig ideological and political elements, which seriously affect the efficiency of ideological and political teaching. In view of this situation, this paper analyzes the significance of ideological and political teaching case development, discusses the existing problems in the development and utilization of ideological and political teaching case resources, expounds the principles of ideological and political teaching case resources development, and puts forward the improvement strategy of ideological and political teaching case resources development in colleges and universities. Through mobilizing the enthusiasm of ideological and political teachers, creating the mechanism of developing and sharing teaching case resources, fully exploring the ideological and political elements of case resources and other measures to solve the problem, promote the improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students.
