当前,我国大学生劳动教育存在不够重视劳动教育、形式大于实质、难以保障实施效果等问题。究其原因,大学生劳动教育与其他方面的教育未能平衡发展,主要与传统教育观念、价值多元化影响、教育机制不健全等因素息息相关。基于此,阐述了当前我国大学生劳动教育面临的困境及其原因,提出了新时代增强大学生劳动教育实践效果的路径,新时代大学生的劳动教育应始终以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,从劳动教育的实质内涵把握教育方向和重点,着力完善劳动教育机制,从价值观上加以引导,建立健全劳动教育评估机制,提供实践平台,保障劳动教育的有效实施,以实现大学生的全面发展。
