摘要
能力本位视域下,职业本科教育人才培养工作的开展需要综合本校实际情况,深刻了解企业人才需求以及行业发展状况,从而优化调整职业本科院校各项工作。然而,职业本科院校在教师队伍、课程体系、评价体系以及多主体协作等方面需要进一步调整,对此,院校应以能力为导向,更新课程体系与评价体系建设思路,加强不同教学主体对能力本位的理解与贯彻,不断促进职业本科院校学生各项能力的提升。
Under the vision of competence standard,the personnel training development of vocational undergraduate education requires a comprehensive understanding of the actual situation of the school,a deep understanding of the talent needs of enterprises and the development of the industry so as to optimize and adjust the work of vocational undergraduate colleges.However,vocational undergraduate colleges need to be further adjusted in terms of teaching staff,curriculum system,evaluation system and multi-subject collaboration.In this regard,vocational undergraduate colleges should be ability-oriented,update the curriculum system and evaluation system construction ideas,strengthen the understanding and implementation of the competency standard by different teaching subjects and constantly promote the improvement of various abilities of students in vocational colleges.
